We created a platform where agents simply speak about their client meetings (while driving to the next showing) and AI handles everything else: extracting preferences, building structured profiles, matching properties, and generating personalized client pages.

The Challenge

Top-producing real estate agents are always on the move. They meet clients, tour properties, and negotiate deals, but at the end of the day, they still need to update their CRM. This leads to:

  2. AI Profile Building: Budget, location, must-haves, and deal-breakers are automatically extracted and structured.
  3. Property Matching: The best listings from the agent's inventory are ranked and paired with personalized descriptions.
  4. Shareable Client Pages: Branded links with top matches, where each property page explains why it fits the client's needs.

The AI staging feature digitally stages listing photos to highlight exactly what each client is looking for, before they ever visit the property.
